Magilano - Skyjo Action

In Skyjo, each player has 12 cards arranged in a 3x4 pattern, two face up and all the others face down. During your turn, you may take the top card from either the discard pile or the draw pile. You can then exchange it for a card (face up or face down) from your display, or discard the drawn card to reveal a face-up card. The round ends when a player has only face-up cards. All cards are revealed, and the points are added up for each player (cards are ranked from -2 to 12). The game ends when a player reaches 100 points or more. The player with the lowest score wins.
The trick is: when a column of three cards all have the same value, the entire column is discarded. If you're lucky, you can try to collect sets of high cards (which everyone will likely discard, allowing you to draw from the discard pile).

Skyjo Action (as the name suggests) adds action cards that allow for special moves: exchanging cards on your table, exchanging cards between players, stealing an action card, taking two turns in a row, etc. You gain an action card when you place it or reveal a Joker in your tableau, or you can take an action card instead of a normal move. Jokers make it easier to build sets and, in themselves, create very valuable sets (-10 or -15 points).
As a new rule, rows of identical cards are now also discarded.
