We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for store credit only.

Conditions for Returns:

• Item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Returns are only eligible for store credit – no cash refunds.

• Store credit will be issued as a gift card/code that can be used online or in-store.

Exclusions:

• Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

• Gift cards are non-returnable.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., costumes, plush toys, water toys) may not be eligible for return.

Online Orders:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
